Steve Saunders – Compassionate Operator
Hi, I’m Steve, a compassionate operator. Compassionate because I love organizations with benevolent missions and the people they serve. Operator because I am a practically minded do-er that knows how to get stuff done. I care about how organizations run their operations because I know it reflects how they care for the people they serve. I believe that churches and nonprofits should serve their communities with professionalism and excellence while making a large impact.
I love to share my more than 30 years of experience auditing, advising, operating and owning organizations in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. I have served churches and nonprofits as a board member, executive director, development director, operations director, pastor and missions director. And I have worked in the commercial real estate, oil and gas and financial industries. I have conducted operational audits of 100’s of companies, audited, reviewed or negotiated 1,000’s of purchase and partnership agreements, owned a few companies and worked for about half a dozen.
